How do I return an item?

If you are unhappy with your flute, please send us an email at support@stellarflutes.com and let us know what the problem is. We will happily either solve your problem, exchange your flute, or give you directions for returning your flute. We are here to help and will not argue with you about returning a product! We want you to be happy!

We do not accept returns on custom flute orders. If there is a problem with a custom made flute, we will work with you until you to fix the problem.
